I had the most amazing dream where the whole city was being attacked by massive aliens and I was one of the few survivors with a bunch of people and we went around shooting shit all day. Bad thing was that I woke up before I got to kick ass.

Word of the day today is rusticate. As in, being in an agricultural high school does not actually make me want to rusticate.

Today I will write about things that give me the shits:

- People that like milk and cookies. Or strawberries and cream. It's not that nice, you just think it is because people on television do. Losers.

- On the same topic I hate one-liners.

- I hate it how people are so conservative with topping. When I want syrup in pancakes, I want to drown them in that shit.

- When people comment on Youtube videos saying 'This brought tears to my eyes.' DOES IT REALLY?

- WHEN THERE'S NO TOILET PAPER LEFT

- When you forget to bring your towel to the shower and gotta get some family member to grab it for you. Then ensues the awkward, half-opened door transferral of the towel.

- When a shiny new book gets bent.

That's all the shitty things I can think of.

SATURDAY

My expectations for the formal were somewhere between medium to good. Turned out the formal was great. I had a much better time than I thought I would. In fact I'll make a list of what I liked about the formal.

I liked seeing everyone dressed up for the sake of being dressed up.

I liked the weather, even though it was ridiculously hot.

I liked getting lots of photos taken, even if I'm not a photo person.

I liked the decorations.

I liked Mr Goggin's speech.

I liked the video, despite its excesses.

I liked the food.

I liked presenting the awards, despite the screw ups that occured.

I liked Vincent Tran's acceptance speech. It's good to sometimes not take yourself too seriously.

I liked many other things too, but that's all I want to write.

Because of bivouac, I was unable to post on Saturday. On Thursday, my scanner didn't work in the end.
